Export from WooCommerce

Use WordPress / WooCommerce built-in exporters for products, orders and customers.

1. Products: WP Admin → Products → Export → Generate CSV (include SKU, name, categories, regular price; cost if you store it).
2. Orders: WP Admin → WooCommerce → Orders. Use Export (native or Analytics → Orders) for the period you need as CSV.
3. Customers: Users → Export, or a customers report/plugin that exports customer ID, orders and spend.
4. Costs (optional): Include cost in the products export or upload a separate costs CSV (SKU + unit cost).
5. Upload UTF-8 CSVs in StoreOpps — column mapping is automatic.

Prefer UTF-8 CSV. Use a period or comma for decimals consistently. Export the last 3–12 months when possible.
