Export from Shopify

Export orders, products and customers from Shopify Admin as CSV.

1. Orders: Admin → Orders → Export. Choose a date range (or all orders) and export as CSV. Large exports are emailed to the store owner.
2. Products: Admin → Products → Export → All products → CSV for Excel/Numbers (or Plain CSV).
3. Customers: Admin → Customers → Export → All customers → CSV.
4. Costs (optional): Shopify product export includes Cost per item when filled. Or build a costs CSV with SKU and unit cost using our template.
5. Save the files and upload them in the next step — mapping is automatic.

Prefer UTF-8 CSV. Use a period or comma for decimals consistently. Export the last 3–12 months when possible.
