Export from another platform

Any ecommerce admin that can export CSV works. Match these file types.

1. Export orders (one row per line item when possible): order ID, date, SKU, quantity, gross value.
2. Export products: SKU, name, category, sale price — and unit cost if available.
3. Optionally export customers (customer ID, first/last purchase, order count, total spend).
4. If cost is missing, download our costs template and fill SKU + unit cost.
5. Prefer UTF-8 CSV. Upload below — we auto-detect columns. Open “Adjust column mapping” only if something looks wrong.

Prefer UTF-8 CSV. Use a period or comma for decimals consistently. Export the last 3–12 months when possible.
