Export from Magento / Adobe Commerce

Use Data Transfer for catalog/customers; export orders from Sales or a report.

1. Products: System → Data Transfer → Export → Entity Type Products → CSV. Include SKU, name, price and categories.
2. Customers: System → Data Transfer → Export → Customers Main File (or Customers) → CSV.
3. Orders: Sales → Orders → select/filter the period → Export (CSV). If your store lacks order CSV export, use a sales report or marketplace export module.
4. Costs (optional): Include cost attributes in the product export or use our costs template (SKU + unit cost).
5. Upload the files in StoreOpps. Adjust mapping only if a required field was not detected.

Prefer UTF-8 CSV. Use a period or comma for decimals consistently. Export the last 3–12 months when possible.
